2. Where We Ship
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only (including the 48 contiguous states and, where supported by our carriers, certain U.S. territories).
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If we expand our shipping destinations in the future, we will update this page accordingly.
3. Order Processing Time & Cut-Off
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Standard Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days from the date your order is received and successfully paid.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day are generally prioritized for processing the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit (shipping) time. Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, the carrier’s delivery timeframe applies.
4. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Transit Times
We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Depending on your location, package size, and other factors, your order may ship via:
- USPS (United States Postal Service);
- UPS;
- FedEx;
- DHL or other equivalent carriers, where appropriate.
For most orders, we use a standard shipping service with an estimated transit time of:

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and can vary depending on your location, carrier network conditions, and seasonal volume. They are not guaranteed delivery dates or contractual commitments.
5. Shipping Rates
We aim to keep our shipping rates simple and transparent. For eligible destinations within the United States, we currently offer:

*Transit time begins after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our direct control.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number (where available);
- The name of the carrier; and
- A link to track your shipment’s progress.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier first scans the package into its network.
7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address, including:
- Street address and apartment/suite number (if applicable);
- City, state, and ZIP code;
- Contact name and phone number.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Reship the order to an updated address (additional shipping charges may apply); or
- Issue a refund minus the original shipping costs, in accordance with our policies.
8. Delivery Delays & Events Beyond Our Control
While we work closely with our shipping partners to maintain reliable delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, such as:
- Severe weather or natural disasters;
- Carrier network disruptions or backlogs;
- Holidays and peak seasonal volume;
- Unexpected operational constraints.
In such cases, Vanillagood is not liable for delays, but we will support you by monitoring the shipment and, where appropriate, working with the carrier to investigate.
9. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:
- Check around your property, mailbox, porch, and with neighbors or building staff;
- Review the shipping address on your order confirmation email;
- Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before actual arrival;
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a delivery inquiry if the package is still missing.
If you still cannot locate your package after following these steps, please reach out to us at support@vanillagood.com. We will review the situation and work with you and the carrier to explore reasonable solutions, taking into account the carrier’s findings and your order history.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at support@vanillagood.com.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:

- A brief description of the issue; and
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (if damage occurred in transit).
