2. Currency & Pricing
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Product prices, taxes, shipping costs, and total order costs are shown in USD at checkout. If your bank or card issuer uses a different currency, they may apply their own exchange rate and conversion fees. Vanillagood does not control or receive these charges.
3. Payment Processing & Authorization
When you place an order, the payment method provided may be:

Most orders require full payment before shipment. In rare cases of processing delays or verification requirements, our support team may contact you for confirmation before fulfillment.
4. Security & Encryption

Vanillagood does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Sensitive card data is handled exclusively by our payment service providers.

9. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Eligible refunds — including returns, cancellations, or adjustments — are typically issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timelines vary by payment method and financial institution, and may take up to 10 business days or longer to appear on account statements.
10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@vanillagood.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment service provider. Unauthorized charge claims or abusive chargeback patterns may result in account limitations or order refusals.
11. Taxes & Government Assessments
Sales tax and applicable fees may be calculated at checkout based on shipping address and current tax regulations. Tax amounts are displayed prior to payment confirmation.
